In our Guesthouse there is no reception.
The free wi fi connection has the main source in the hall, and you can find the code hang on notice board in the kitchen.
The cosy garden is perfect for the breakfast in the morning or during the day for little moments of relax with a good tea or a cool drink in the summer.
The context is especially lovely in spring with the blooming of lemon and jasmine flowers or in September, when it is possible to grasp the sweet Pizzutella grapes we grow with love with only organic methods.
You can smoke only in the garden.

The kitchen
He kitchen and dinning area are at Guest’s disposal for the duration of their stay, for the self catering (to prepare light meals/snacks).
It is equipped with dishwasher, coffee and hot drinks machine (chocolate, cappuccino ecc..), microwave, gas stove and tables.
Breakfast is not included in the rate, but we are happy to offer it to you (room and kitchen) just to say good morning and to let you feel comfortable as much as possible.
Please use the spaces as if they were your own, with the only request to keep order and to keep the food in your room
Golden Rules
Here some rules to better enjoy your stay in Santa Margherita Guesthouse.
1. It is essential that the guests feel good and welcome: all that is in Guesthouse is for them, and
they have to feel free to enjoy it during their stay.
2. The kitchen and dinning area are at Guest’s disposal for the duration of their stay, for the selfcatering (to prepare light meals/snacks) .
After use, out of consideration for other guests, please leave this area as you would like to find it.
Guests are allowed to save their fresh food in their private fridge in their room.
3. You can smoke only in the garden.
4. Check-in: We need to know as soon as possible the time arrival to give you the enter code and
the name of your room
– Self Check-in time is from 3.00 pm (but the possibility to agree for an earlier check in) and in any
case within 1 am
5. Check-out : rooms must be vacated within 10.30 on the morning of departure

6. There is no luggage storage.
You can find one in Piazzale Roma or at the Railway station.
